My job is never boring, so much variety, you never know who or what is around the corner.
I received a call from a lovely mother of the bride (via a past bride from about 3 years ago), she just started planning her daughter’s intimate wedding for 30 guests and it’s going to be in 4 weeks time at the Gazebo by Las Brisas in Laguna Beach, is this something I could help with, as it was becoming all too much for her. Absolutely. The wedding was planned for a Thursday at lunch time, they had the permit for the gazebo, she told me what she wanted to spend and the quote she had from someone she had found on the internet, for what sounded like a very ‘tacky’ wedding to me, silk florals, someone pushing buttons with recorded music etc. I made some calls, got them real flowers, a real guitarist, told her where to stay so the bride could walk from there to the location instead of getting out of a car and hiding around the corner, and who to have do everyones hair and makeup.
The day came, the ceremony happened with that beautiful Pacific Ocean backdrop, all went beautifully and off to Las Brisas they went for lunch. It’s times like this that I know I truely make a difference. Not saying there is anything wrong with what the lady on the internet was offering, but I was able to get everything for the same monies and instead of that experience being for the moment, what I was able to help them have will be treasured and looked back on with elegant/beautiful memories for a long long time if not forever. Aaaaaahhhhh.

Thank you for making my wedding perfect. Everything went really well and I was able to really enjoy it. My guests are still complimenting me on how nice everything was. Everyone kept commenting on how calm I was and that is because I had you to take care of everything.
I just can’t imagine how the date could go through smoothly without you, you were amazing. Going through the whole process with you was a great life experience.
Thank you for your great ability to oversee things and in such a fun and relaxing way. I know that the day went so smoothly because of all the time you spent on all the hidden details.
